Getting started with us is easy.
We start with a call to gain an understanding of your organization.

DISCOVERY CALL
We will review your books in order to assess the needs of your organization and make recommendations.

NEEDS ANALYSIS
If desired, we will meet with the team members of your choice, so that we can get acquainted and answer any questions they may have.

TEAM MEETING
You’ll receive a formal proposal to review with your team. Upon approval, you will be provided with a letter of engagement to confirm the understanding of the terms of our agreement.

PROPOSAL
We will perform file set up and/or clean up services, as needed.

STARTUP
We will provide efficient ongoing service with routine reports and support.
